What tips do you recommend for guests?

Make the most of your day by wearing comfortable walking shoes and bring a light sweater because it does get cool in the rainforests and sometimes by the sea. We suggest you bring water and some snacks with you for your comfort throughout the day.

What is the cancellation policy for my tour?

Day Tours

• No cancellation fee if cancelled 24 hours or more prior to tour departure.
• 100% cancellation fee applies if passengers cancel on day of tour or fail to load.

Accommodation/Overnight Tours

• No cancellation fee for accommodated tours if cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure date.
• 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled on the day of departure or passengers fail to load.

What will my coach look like when it picks me up?

It will be a white coach with JPT Tour Group on the side of it.

Do you offer concession discounts?

Yes! We offer $5 off full day tours for pension, seniors and student card holders.

Do you offer Child Fares?

Applicable to children aged 3–14 years inclusive. Infants aged 2 years and under travel free.

What should I wear for my tour?

Casual comfortable clothing and shoes with a warm jacket for hinterland tours.

Do I need to confirm my tour?

Yes, you must call 24 hours prior to departure to confirm your pick up time and departure point.

Do you operate when it is raining?

Yes, please bring a wet weather jacket or umbrella. Ponchos are available for purchase on our Glow Worm night tour.

Do I need to bring a torch for the night time Glow Worm tour?

No, we provide torches for all guests.

Wheelchair access

Disabled access is permitted with the assistance of an escort or family member as a helper. Unfortunately our drivers are not able to lift wheelchairs or persons onto and off of the coaches. (Collapsible wheelchairs only please as we do not have wheelchair lifts to access the vehicles.)
